Agreement to these terms

By using simplerosterai.com or subscribing to SimpleRosterAI, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a hospital or group, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

What the product is

SimpleRosterAI is web-based nurse duty rostering software operated by SimpleRosterAI. The engine builds draft rosters from the staff list, ward rules and leave you enter; your nursing office reviews and approves every roster before it is published. We are not a staffing provider, a healthcare provider or an HR system, and we never publish a roster without your approval.

Subscription

• Pricing is per nurse on the roster: ₹400 per nurse per month, or ₹4,000 per nurse per year, plus GST. Supervisors, in-charges and the CNO are not billed.
• Nurses are added or removed as your roster changes; billing follows the nurse count at each billing date.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid month. Annual plans run for twelve months.
• Hospital groups are quoted separately under a written agreement that takes precedence over these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate staff, rule and leave inputs
• Review every draft roster before it is used on the floor
• Comply with applicable labour law, licensing rules, accreditation standards and your own hospital policies
• Keep account credentials confidential

Not medical, legal or HR advice

Draft rosters are operational tools. Your nursing and administrative leadership remain responsible for patient safety, staffing norms and regulatory compliance.

Patient data

Do not enter patient records or clinical data into the product or this website. The product is scoped to nurse rostering data only.

Intellectual property

The website, product, copy and design are owned by SimpleRosterAI. Rosters produced for your hospital are yours to use for internal purposes.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for rostering errors caused by inaccurate inputs, unreviewed drafts or decisions made outside the product. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

No warranties

The website and product are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific rostering outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of the operator have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
