Common questions

Pricing questions

Who counts as a billed user?
Only nurses on the duty roster: staff nurses, senior staff nurses and nursing assistants you roster. Supervisors, in-charges who approve, the Nursing Superintendent and the CNO are free.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.
What happens when our nurse count changes?
Add or remove nurses at any time. Monthly billing follows the count on the billing date. On annual plans, added nurses are billed pro rata for the remaining term.
Can we pilot one ward first?
Yes. Most hospitals start with one or two wards on the monthly plan and move the rest across once the first live cycle is approved.
