How SimpleRosterAI collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Overview
SimpleRosterAI is operated by SimpleRosterAI ("we", "us"). We provide AI nurse duty rostering software to hospitals in India. This policy describes what personal data we collect through simplerosterai.com, why, and how we handle it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you:
- Submit the contact form or book a demo (name, role, hospital, work email, message)
- Use the cost calculator and choose to reveal your result (name, role, hospital, work email, and the slider values you entered)
- Use the interactive demo and leave your email
- Email us
We also collect standard technical data automatically (browser type, pages visited, approximate location), used only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
What we do not collect
This website does not collect, process or store patient records or any clinical data. The website handles enquiry data only. Data processed inside the product for a hospital customer is governed by that customer agreement, not this page.
How we use it

- To assess whether the product fits your hospital
- To send product updates you can opt out of at any time
- To improve how we explain the product
We do not sell personal data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Third-party services
Form submissions are stored in a spreadsheet we control, via a hosted form endpoint. Our analytics tools receive aggregate traffic data only. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as the conversation or customer relationship is active. Ask us to delete it and we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Write to support@simplerosterai.com. Our grievance officer can be reached at the same address and will respond within the statutory period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you share. No internet transmission is fully secure, so please do not send patient or clinical information through this website.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the effective date above.
